Sacramento (SMF)

VIP guests will have exclusive access to many festival amenities, including VIP seating, VIP parking, VIP camping, VIP catering, and a variety of other VIP perks. Check back for more details and VIP packages.

Any ticket holder may upgrade to a VIP package, subject to availability.

You MUST have a valid Government form of ID to get your credentials to enter the festival (ID, Drivers License, or Passport).

We accept Credit Cards & Debit Cards, Apple pay, Google pay & Cash.

YES! We have festival specific as well as artist merch! There will also be a select number of vendors.

The main Lost and Found will be located at the Merch Booth located in the primary craft vendor area.

All items recovered will be taken to the merch booth for pick-up.

Any outstanding items will be kept for 60 days, to retrieve your item,  please reach out info@goldenroadgathering.com. Items may be returned by mail to owners for a mailing fee.

The festival is on rain or shine. We’re typically blessed in the Sierra Foothills during the month of May with lots of sunshine and pleasant temperatures. We suggest bringing a layer for the evening. Hats and shades are always a good idea!

No, a wristband will be provided at the box office when you check-in.

Re-entry is only allowed during the front box office’s open hours. Exits will be open 24/7. Re-entry will require the same process and search as the initial entry.

YES, This is a FAMILY Friendly Event! Kids 5 and under are FREE!

We will also have Youth (6-12) and Teen (13-17) passes available at discounted rate!

One case of beer or seltzer & equivalent of 1 handle of over 70 proof hard liquor for each camp spot.

The health and safety of our fans, staff, artists, and community remains our top priority. We work closely with state and county officials in all aspects of the festival to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone involved. If you're feeling unwell, we ask that you please do not attend the event.

We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive event for ALL members of our community.  We have trained security guards as well as various officers available as-needed for assistance.

Our goal is to ensure everyone who attends the Golden Road Gathering has a positive experience. We have several ADA entrances and viewing locations to ensure our ADA fans are able to enjoy their time on the festival grounds.*ADA Parking will be located in the VIP Parking lot*.Please find all information regarding ADA HERE (Link Coming soon...)

Yes, located in 4 spots around the festival site.

We have a wide assortment of food including vegan and vegetarian options. If you have dietary restrictions and need to bring in outside food, our security guards will be happy to help approve items upon arrival.

Yes, first aid will be provided. Locations will be clearly indicated on site and the festival map.

Medical prescriptions must be approved by Festival staff and in their original containers with labels that match the holder’s legal ID. If you require insulin, please identify yourself to security before entering the venue. Security will locate medical staff to assist you in providing a secure area to store your insulin. Please reach out prior to the festival if you require approval for medical at info@goldenroadgathering.com.

A medium backpack should be no bigger than 18″ tall, 13″ wide and 8″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size (similar to the system used at airports). If your bag doesn’t fit in the box, it won’t be allowed inside the venue.

Yes, we encourage lawn chairs for viewing and hanging between acts! LOW BACK: folding, camping or beach chairs.There will be areas where chairs are not allowed. We ask that chairs be moved to the back ½ of the venue 1 hour before dark.

We love all animals, but unfortunately you’ll have to leave your best furry friends at home, including dogs, cats, etc. If you require a service animal, please contact info@goldenroadgathering.com

We kindly ask that you leave your umbrella & tent at home so you don’t block your neighbors view! Small parasols are ok to shade from the sun.

Please no cigarettes. E-cigs or vapes only. Our fairgrounds and neighbors thank you!
