Before making your journey to the El Dorado County Fairgrounds, please carefully read the following information.

Multi-day festival Pass (3-Day, and 2-Day), include on-site tent camping. Car and RV parking is not included and must be purchased separately—see below for all details and options. Camping is designated on a first come, first served basis. The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms and showers, and we supplement the facilities with ample portable toilets.
Single Day Tickets available for purchase. No camping, or access to the campgrounds included with Single Day Tickets. Single day tickets will be redeemed for a wristband on the day the ticket is valid.
Single Day Parking available for purchase upon arrival at the Fairgrounds ($20). No re-entry. No access to campgrounds.After 11pm on Friday, ALL vehicles go straight to the Main Box Office for check-in at the Main Gate (Blue Gate).
Check-in on Friday begins at 9am for VIP Only.

RV Pass with Hook Up, Dry RV Pass, and On-Site Premium RV Pass: Check-in on Friday begins at 10am. Please have your RV ticket ready to be scanned in exchange for a parking hangtag. Either a print out or on your phone.
Wristband Scanning Station: Please have your festival ticket ready to be scanned in exchange for a wristband. Either a print out or on your phone.
Arrival Chart:If arriving after Friday 11PM, ALL vehicles go straight to the Main Box Office for check-in at Main Gate (Blue Gate).

RV hook-ups for Golden Ticket RV are guaranteed for people who check-in by 4p Saturday. (water, power, no septic).
We will be parking Golden Ticket Experience w/RV on a first come, first served basis as they arrive at the festival. If you have a desire to camp next to another Golden Ticket Experience w/RV holder, please caravan into the festival together.
8am: Queuing starts in Tier 1 Parking, which is the first row of parking, on the right after the main gate & box office.
9am: You will be routed around the back of the race track to the Golden Ticket check-in station inside the gates. Golden Ticket Staff will greet you, check you in, and direct you to the correct location for your parking and/or camping.

Golden Ticket Experience with vehicle and Golden Ticket Experience with RV: Please proceed to the box office to get your wristbands and parking passes. You will then be directed to the Golden Ticket parking location. Welcome Packets will be available to pick up in the lounge.
Tier Parking or Golden Meadow parking:
Please proceed to the box office to get your wristbands and parking passes. Then you will proceed to the upper tier for your weekend parking, and get shuttled to Golden Ticket Camping. Welcome Packets will be available to pick up in the lounge.
On site you will find: great food, beverages, and ice for sale. Keep in mind a one case of beer or one “handle” of spirits or one bottle of wine per person policy when entering the fairgrounds
